1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or engaging OneT Digital Solutions ("we", "us") for a project, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide website, mobile app, CRM/ERP, custom software, AI chatbot, AI voice agent and WhatsApp automation design and development services, as agreed in writing (email or contract) for each project.

3. Quotes and payment

• Project quotes are estimates based on the scope discussed and may change if the scope changes.
• Projects typically begin with an advance payment, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion.
• Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content and access needed to complete the project, and to ensure any material you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership of custom code, designs and content created for your project transfers to you upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse general methods, components and know-how developed during the engagement, and may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Third-party services

Some deliverables rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, WhatsApp Business API, AI model providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or pricing changes made by these third parties.

7. AI-generated responses

AI chatbots and voice agents are trained to answer based on information you provide, but may occasionally generate an inaccurate or unexpected response. We work with you to review and refine responses, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction.
